Ubaydullah Adnan
Founder and Asset Consultant, VITAMATI. I do not sell property. I understand the person first, then the asset.
Money, but no time
I have seen many successful people with money but no time, and so life’s big decisions get made in a hurry, on someone else’s word, often the seller’s.
I want people’s valuable time to be saved, and their decisions to be calm and verified. That is why I do not sell property, and never decide on a project in advance.
To me this is more than business. Through saving people’s time and standing beside their good decisions, I want to fulfil my religious, family and social responsibilities. Whoever works with us should never regret the decision, and the relationship should last.
Vitamati (ভিটামাটি)
Vitamati is the Bangla word for a family’s ancestral homestead: the home and land that stay across generations. We want your assets to be like that: verified, lasting and useful to your family.
Our promise
We educate before we advise. We understand before we recommend. We verify before you decide. And we build relationships beyond a single transaction.
Knowledge → Confidence → Trust → Legacy
Five rules we never break
Person first
The person first, then the need, the asset last.
Seeing is not proof
A company’s claim is not verified information.
Nothing made up
No made-up proof, no false urgency, no promised profit.
Specialists do specialist work
We bring in lawyers or specialists when needed, and scholars for Shariah rulings.
A clear money trail
Property money goes directly to the seller; we take only our fees.
The four levels of earning
People earn in four ways. In the first three, income comes in exchange for your labour, time or words. In the fourth, income comes from assets, and helping you get there is our work.
Your own effort and time. When you stop, the income stops.
Running people or a team, like a factory supervisor.
Knowledge and words: teachers, speakers, advisers.
Seeing, with evidence, what is not there yet, and building assets there. Income comes from assets.
The four-level idea comes from Myron Golden’s “Four Levels of Value”, arranged around our field experience.
Same land. Different eyes.
