For Bangladeshis abroad

You earn abroad with your sweat. Is that money working for you back home?

You send money every month. Ten years later, many find there is little in their own name that brings in income. The income was never the problem. The missing piece was a plan for where each taka should go so that it earns for you.

Where money earned abroad disappears

None of this is anyone's fault. Nobody taught us which money is for spending, which is for emergencies and which is for the future.

Money sent home melts into expenses

Household costs, siblings' education, weddings, treatment, a relative in trouble. Every expense is urgent, every one is out of love.

But without a separate share kept for building, however many years you stay abroad, almost everything you send ends up as spending.

All the savings into one big house

Nearly a lifetime of savings goes into a big house in the village. A source of pride, a family dream.

But a house you live in earns nothing each month; it asks for paint and repairs instead. Then you start again from zero, and this time age and health are not on your side.

You trusted someone with your money

A relative's or friend's business, on a promise of "monthly profit". Not a bad person, but no accounts and no papers.

From abroad, getting that money back becomes almost impossible. The money goes, and often the relationship goes with it.

Money, but no plan

As soon as some money builds up, it feels like time to buy something, without asking what comes first or whether emergency money is set aside.

Decisions then follow a neighbour's advice or an advert, not your own needs.

"Just a few more years"

Every year you think: two more years, then home. Those two years never end.

Because there is no answer to where the monthly expenses will come from once you return. Living abroad stops being a choice and becomes a trap.

Buying from far away and getting cheated

A rushed deposit during a short holiday, land chosen from photos, money sent to someone's personal number.

Later come problems with the papers, land occupied by others, or a project stuck for years.

If even one of these sounds like you, the problem is not your income. It is the plan for where that income goes. And that can be fixed.

The real difference

Earning and building assets are not the same

Abroad, you earn with your body and your time. The day you stop, the income stops. An asset is what keeps working for you even when you stop.

Expense or risk

Where money gets stuck or lost

  • A house far bigger than you need to live in
  • Money in someone's business with no accounts or papers
  • Promises of "double returns"
  • Land that is hard to sell or has paper problems
Asset

Where money stays in your name and grows

  • A shop or small flat that can be rented out
  • Land in the right place, with verified papers
  • Emergency money set aside first, assets after
  • Every deed in your name, every account in your hands

When you hand money to someone, you depend on their trust. When you buy an asset, it stays in your name, on your deed. While you are abroad it can bring in rent, it can grow in value, and on the day you return home it stands beside you.

7years to store

Your years abroad are your "seven years"

Prophet Yusuf (peace be upon him) gave Egypt a plan: in the seven good years, store, eat little, keep for the hard days, and never eat the seed.

Your earning years abroad are the same. They come only once. What you store now in earning assets is what will feed you in the years after you come home.

Our path

From problem to solution, step by step

We do not sell plots and we are no project's agent. We first teach you to organise your money, then find the right asset for you and verify it on the ground.

Fixes: where money goes

Know yourself through a game

The Asset Journey is a short game. Following the story of Prophet Yusuf's granary, you pass five stations, collect grain by answering simple questions and earn badges. At the end you get your own report: where you are ahead, what needs a little care, and a simple 90-day path. Free, 12–15 minutes (in Bangla).

Careful when buying

Four traps of buying from abroad

Relying only on relatives

Good people, but not always experienced at checking land papers or developers.

Deciding from photos and videos

Brochures and videos look good. The chain of ownership and ground reality are not in them.

Rushing during a short visit

A few weeks of leave, so decisions get made under “pay the deposit this week” pressure.

Money in the wrong hands

Sending money to someone’s personal account without a clear record.

Questions from expats

What you may want to know

I have already built a house. What now?

That is fine; a home is a real need. From now on, set aside a fixed share of what you earn and start moving it into earning assets. How much, where and in what order can be worked out in a 1:1 for your situation.

Do I have to hand my money to you?

No. Property money never comes to us. You pay the seller or company directly and the deed is in your name. We only take our advice and verification fee, in writing.

I lost money trusting someone before. I am afraid to risk again.

That fear is natural. So we teach first and help you find your path through a short game, with no pressure to buy. When you do buy, the asset is in your name, not resting on anyone's promise.

My relative is looking into it. Do I still need you?

Your relative’s eyes plus our verification works best. We can work alongside them so it is clear which papers have been checked and which are still pending.

How do we handle the time difference?

Calls are set at a time that works where you are. Other updates go on WhatsApp in writing with photos and videos, so you can check them when convenient.

How do I pay the fees?

Payment details are shared on WhatsApp, in writing. No payments are taken on this site, and property money never comes to us.

I just want to learn; I am not buying yet.
